  How One Girl's Story Sparked a Movement: The Journey of the Deborah Foundation When Deborah was born in 2008, her family was filled with love,   but also questions. She was diagnosed with Down syndrome, a condition that remains widely misunderstood across much of Africa. In Ethiopia, families like hers often face a harsh reality like   stigma, isolation, and a lack of proper medical and educational support.             Deborah's early life wasn't easy.
